When booking an appointment you agree to paying a $100 booking fee to secure your appointment. This booking free is refundable up to 48 hours prior to your booking. When cancelling/rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice you will forfeit your booking fee and be charged 50% of the service total. This is to cover any loss of income

Should you require any alterations to your cut or colour you will need to make contact within 7 days for consideration. This does not include change of mind. Failure to notify within this time frame means that any additional work will be at full cost.
